At AM Abstracts, we understand that each client has different needs when it comes to the cost of title searching.  Some clients prefer a lower abstract fee while paying a cancellation fee plus expenses when an order does not settle; while some clients prefer a higher abstract fee with no fee being paid when an order does not settle.  We are flexible and are willing to accommodate your needs. Please let us know which fee schedule best suits your needs so we may better accommodate you to better serve you.
